Materials suitable for the medium should be selected, such as sealing materials that are more resistant to chemical media and more resistant to high temperatures.
3. Excessive expansion of the sealing ring:

The permanent deformation rate of the material itself is too high. The physical properties of the sealing ring should be checked to meet the design requirements; Ensure the quality of sealing materials.
4, there are three ways to prevent compression deformation
(1) Select the rubber formula with better performance to improve the compression permanent deformation performance.
(2) Use a special "0" seal assembly tool to ensure that the "O" seal is reasonably compressed.
(3) The correct storage of the "O" seal tool, so that the weight of the heavy shaft component or spindle is not acting on a point or surface of the "O" ring.
