O-ring (also known as O-ring) is a circular elastomer with a circular cross-section, which is the most widely used in hydraulic and pneumatic transmission systems. It is mainly used for static gap sealing of fluid and gas media (such as water, oil, air, chemical solvents, chemicals, etc.). It is also sometimes used for dynamic, and semiconductor vacuum seals. The long-term use temperature is -60℃ to 320℃, according to different working conditions, different materials can be selected to adapt to it.

Function principle:
O-ring is a bi-directional sealing element. When installed, the initial compression of the O-ring in the radial or axial direction determines the initial sealing capacity of the O-ring. The force generated by the system pressure acting on the O-ring is its total sealing force. The sealing force increases with the increase of system pressure. Under pressure, the shape of the O-ring resembles that of a liquid with high surface tension. The pressure is transmitted equally in all directions.
From the sealing principle, the O-ring is a extrusion seal, the basic working principle of the extrusion seal is to rely on the elastic deformation of the seal, the contact pressure on the sealing contact surface, the contact pressure is greater than the internal pressure of the sealed medium, there is no leakage, and conversely, there is leakage.
