Hydrogenated butadiene gel (HNBR) is a part of butadiene gel removed by hydrogenation. After hydrogenation, its temperature resistance and weather resistance are much higher than that of ordinary butadiene rubber, and its oil resistance is similar to that of ordinary butadiene rubber. The general use temperature range is -25~150 ℃.
Its advantages: compared with butoxitrile, it has better wear resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, tensile resistance, tear resistance and compression distortion characteristics. Good resistance to ozone, sunlight and other atmospheric conditions. The disadvantage is that it is not recommended for use in alcohol, ester or aromatic solutions.
Hydrogenated nitrile O-rings produced by our Haide Paike Seals Company have stable performance and are well received by customers . R134a System, automotive engine system seals.
