FFKM perflurane rubber sealing ring material at 3000°C compression deformation rate is only less than 50%, high temperature resistance up to 327°C, even if exposed to 316°C constant temperature or a high temperature environment such as 343°C, will not cause hardening and embrittle seal failure, It can still maintain its elasticity and resilience in direct contact with aggressive fluids.

In the practical field, perfluorinated rubber seals also have excellent air tightness and high cleanliness as well as ionoplasmic resistance, which are also widely used in the semiconductor industry. In addition, FFKM seals are also widely used in aerospace, military and chemical industries.
