Perfluoro ether rubber (FFKM) is a terpolymer of perfluoro (methyl vinyl) ether, tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroethylene ether, also known as perfluoro rubber. Compared with fluorine rubber, it is a completely C-H bond free rubber, which has similar thermal stability and chemical resistance to polytetrafluoroethylene. A third vulcanized monomer is added to the FFKM component in order to form a three-dimensional network structure to make the rubber elastic. The compression deformation rate of FFKM perflurane rubber material at 300℃ is only less than 50%. High temperature resistance up to 327 ° C, even when exposed to a constant temperature of 316 ° C or an intermittent high temperature environment such as 343 ° C, there will be no hardening and embrittlement leading to seal failure, and it can still maintain its elasticity and resilience in direct contact with the immersion of aggressive fluids.

Excellent chemical properties: In terms of chemical resistance, general fluorinated rubber can not be applied to ethers, amino compounds, ketones, oxidants, organic solvents, fuels, acids, bases and other environments, perflurane rubber can show its excellent stability, almost all chemicals have excellent resistance.

Due to the high cost of perflurane FFKM rubber raw materials, usually the use of perflurane FFKM sealing conditions are extremely harsh, other rubber raw materials can not meet the sealing requirements under these harsh conditions, in these harsh conditions other rubber is prone to corrosion, swelling, dissolution, aging hardening and other poor, resulting in seal failure.
